This letter, dated December 11, 1992 and received December 15, 1992, seems to be the beginning of the Mr.Mulroney decay, explained in the document mentioned on the Internet. I truly believe this is what she did, and the Justice Department never sent any answer to my letter either Mrs. Kimbell. In fact few weeks later, Mr. Mulroney had to resign.
