Waiting one years in case they request and investigation and retransferred my case at the CSST (IVAC). On June 1992, to protect myself for the 4 years the RRQ can claim by any illegal Quebec governmental court machination request, I advise them: I will sent them a document concerning my contestation answer of their July 17 1991 letter.
Fourth day after they had received my document, they had already made my one year pay back pension and I advise them to sent it to my lawyer Pierre Rochefort. Pierre Rochefort didn't believe it and think it was a mistake. He call them personally and ask them to sent a letter for why they reinstall this pension. The only answer he got was be happy he got the money but never you will received your letter. This was the first RRQ illegal answer with a Quebec lawyer witness. The RRQ associated in this second bizarre action with the SSQ, was the none answer of both, concerning the December 8, 2003 American lawyer register letter request after more than a month concerning why the had reinstallation and paid this pension since August 1992.
