Author Summery Describing the Quebec MSSTC and their problematic Radio

telecommunication assisted by computer copied from the ACILR electronic concept not

commented in this Quebec Governmental Webpage identified at no. 1 below.

The ACILR electronic concept consists of integrating three activities with the radio communication into one central control that previously did not exist:

   1.   - Visual Information, (on screen TV)
   2.   - The movements of the vehicles (describe later as GPS or Tracking)
   3.   - The controls of each vehicle (mechanic or operational).

This was described by GERMAIN TARDIF, Quebec press Journalist Commentary, dated December 10, 1980 and Bernard Landry in his letter dated January 22, 1981.

The world's first Radio telecommunication assisted by computer concept information was given to the QIRC a partner of the Quebec Investment and deposit Bank in 1977.

The function of the QIRC was to assist the inventor or concepter in the development, planning, and financial opportunity with the MIC and MEER Quebec and Canadian subsidy program and assistance to obtain the patent.

The ACILR electronic concepts disclosed with full council vote approval of the heretofore-confidential patent and copyright concepts at a public council meeting on the December 9 1980. The MSSTC Radio telecommunication tender in 1981. The MSSTC Radio telecommunication, which was a copy of the ACILR electronic concept was installed at the MSSTC by WR Inc. in 1982 for a C$ one million contract. WR Inc. received a Subsidized warranty by the MSSTC from the Canadian Federal bank of development for this installation. This system was operational at the end of 1982. (The Abridgement Summary from the WR Inc in pages 1 and page 5 to 27 of 27).

The application of this system made by this Quebec person is articulated around a telecommunication concept that tied different transport function terrestrial or in the space.

The originality of this system was the fact of the tracking and radio telecommunication function join with the user information on the vehicle exact situation and location, this by different way: by electronic display panel, by phone or television in specific cable TV channel.

Selon un représentant de I'I.
