(Whit who?...) and (Why?...)
Marconi had deal with the Canadian Government

Because Marconi owned by GE(UK) didn't possess
the original Canadien basic patent right but only a Canadien and Quebec Governmental one application right to use it and, this by his Canadian Power Corporation relation and association.

Gérard Lachapelle, identified as the first who had developed: “The World Geodetic System (WGS84)” and with this information could understand by his work was awarded for a Honoree Research Associate, University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, 1979-1990, and   · Why Lachapelle G. received the Kenting Award in 1980;

This is confirm by LACHAPELLE, G. Refereed Journals

But how somebody could reliated with this 2000 GPS
(CA) CANADIAN PATENT new reference of Lachapelle

Concerning the Lachapelle WGS84 system I Identified in my book on the weeb since July 1999  "the Abridgment", I resume here who when where this Canadian appellation Mistake base on the language explain in the Abridgment First part Summary April 19, 1999 page 3 and 17 of 27. This French and English grammar identification appellation language mistake was written in the Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada Patent Office webpage in October 20, 1999.

The Canadian appellation Mistake GPS Global Positioning System and GLS Global Localization System was confirm in the Canadian Patent Office webpage concerning the GPS written identification: “(54) Method and System for Determining Position on a Moving Platform, Such as a Ship, Using Signals from GPS Satellites”.

This misappropriated grammar term was due to the fact of the assignation of the Quebec Technician mandated, Gérard Lachapelle, who became P. Eng. (Professional Engineer) in (? ? ?) - Province of Alberta.   Concerning the WGS84 system were it come from I used the information of:   THE CANADIAN GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING A GPS BASED CONTROL SYSTEM IN THE MARITIME PROVINCES.

At that time,  “Gérard Lachapelle” was not his identified or referred by the Canadian Patent as the first who had developed: "The GPS". Did my book certified at the USA Library of Congress was the reason why the internet Web of the 2000 Canadian Patent change?

You will be able to learn were the  WGS84 system come from and more
